Terms of Service

Welcome to NoReturns, a Shopify app provided by Alforeo Private Limited. By installing and using NoReturns on your Shopify store, you agree to the following terms.

Service provided as-is

NoReturns is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We use AI and heuristic models to score return requests, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of fraud detection. You are solely responsible for final decisions on returns and refunds in your store.

Pricing and billing

NoReturns is priced at $29 per month on a monthly plan or $24 per month billed annually. All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice as outlined below.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Shopify admin panel. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of NoReturns after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

NoReturns and Alforeo Private Limited are not responsible for any financial losses, lost profits, or damages arising from approved or declined return requests made through the app. Our fraud scores are recommendations, not guarantees. You use NoReturns at your own discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
