Terms of Service
Welcome to UnReturns, a returns management platform for Shopify stores, provided by Alforeo Private Limited. It runs a store's returns — the request, the refund, exchange or store credit, and whatever comes back. By installing and using UnReturns on your Shopify store, you agree to the following terms.
01Service provided as-is
UnReturns is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We use AI and heuristic models to score return requests, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of fraud detection. You are solely responsible for final decisions on returns and refunds in your store.
02Pricing and billing
UnReturns is sold on three monthly plans: Guard at $59 per month, Shield at $159 per month, and Fortress at $349 per month. Every plan includes every feature; the plans differ only in how many AI-checked returns are included each month. All billing is monthly, through Shopify — there is no annual plan. New accounts receive a 14-day free trialincluding three AI-checked returns. It is a trial and not a free plan: it is granted once, it ends 14 days after install or when the three checked returns are used, whichever comes first, and it does not renew. Nothing is charged when it ends — continuing to use UnReturns after it requires choosing one of Guard, Shield or Fortress. After a month’s included returns are used, returns continue to be created and customers are never blocked — they arrive without the automatic check, for manual review, until the allowance resets. Stores that subscribed before these plans existed keep the plan they originally bought, at the price and volume they bought it at. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice as outlined below.
03Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Shopify admin panel. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
After that period ends, automatic AI checking stops, and returns filed by your customers continue to be created and routed to you for manual review — your customers are never blocked by a billing state. You keep read-only access to your account, including export, for 30 days after the subscription ends, plus a small one-off allowance of AI-checked returns so that an interrupted payment does not interrupt your store. After those 30 days the app requires an active subscription to open. No data is deleted on cancellation; deletion happens only on uninstall, at your request, or under our published retention policy, and resubscribing restores access to everything.
04Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of UnReturns after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
05Limitation of liability
UnReturns and Alforeo Private Limited are not responsible for any financial losses, lost profits, or damages arising from approved or declined return requests made through the app. Our fraud scores are recommendations, not guarantees. You use UnReturns at your own discretion.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
